Accept Returns
We do accept return requests under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).
- You received a product that was damaged
- You received an expired product.
Condition Of Return Products
To be eligible for return product or items must be
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original condition
- Not damage
- Altered in a anyway.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

- Hair brushes and combs

- Supplements and ingestible items

These items cannot be accepted back once delivered.
Return Window
Please notify our customer support within 5 days of receiving the delivery. Claims made after this may not be eligible for return or replacement.

How to Request a Return

Include your order number, photo and video of the product as a proof and a brief description of the issue.
· Our team will review/inspect your submitted proof and get back to you within 24 to 48 hrs or 2 business days with approval or further instructions.
· Once approved we notify you/customer via email or phone, we will guide you through the next steps for returning the product. We will process your refund or send you a replacement as per your preference.
Refunds
Once your return request is verified and approved, we will notify you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. The credit might take 5-10 days to reflect in your bank statement.
No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges, as our products fall under imported beauty and personal care categories.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placement of order by contacting customer support. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but are eligible for return following the above policy.
