Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of beauty, makeup, skincare, and fragrance products—and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and authenticity—we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

We do accept return requests under the following conditions:

·       You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).

·       You received a product that was damaged in transit.

·       You received an expired product.

If your order qualifies for a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Claims made after this time may not be eligible for return or replacement.

How to Request a Return

·       Include your order number, pictures of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

·       Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

·       Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us (based on location and courier availability). After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or send you a replacement as per your preference.

 

Important Guidelines

·       Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging (if applicable) to qualify for a return.

·       Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

·       Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, for safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

·       Opened or used makeup and skincare products

·       Personal care items

·       Gift cards and promotional items

·       Products bought under clearance or final sale
