Use as a conditioner or as a weekly mask. Apply generous amount to hair after cleansing with Krastases Resistance Strengthening Shampoo and conditioning with the Resistance Strengthening Conditioner each sold separately. Massage or comb through midlengths and ends to ensure even distribution. Leave in for five minutes. For curly to coily hair types, place plastic cap over hair. Leave on for 30 to 35 minutes for a more intense effect. Rinse thoroughly.
